Not great. Flight attendants were aloof, food was mediocre, seats that I paid $150 were given to someone else without any concession. I will probably never use kayak again. Terrible experience from start to finish.

The wine was low quality Finnair label stuff in small bottles and only one small bottle each. Embarassinng. A competing airline served me two generous glasses of a nice South African Shiraz from regular wine bottles, a Beck's beer, and a generous Dewar's White Label on the rocks. Cabin service was good and polite, plane interior was beautiful, but cramped.

All good- I love BA and the professionalism of the crew and pilots.

Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

They shld improve and provide a lunch or dinner in an international leg

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

All over with Qatar airlines my experience was really bad due to delays and then putting me on different airlines and after 8 hours of wait I had to listen to their is no plane to fly for another 24 hours. Wore experience ever.

It was pretty good overall. I just wish the crew didn't have to interrupt you every five seconds to ask you if you wanted anything, I mean that's what the help button is for. When someone is tired and sleepy and still getting their bearings, turning on DND button is maybe not the first thing on their mind.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Boarding did not have a clue what is an EU disability card

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.

Turkish airline always good Only Turkish representatives at the gave need to be more helpfull to any staff who traveling on Turkish airline . One situation happened Ist to jfk on Feb 29 TK3 had seats I asked them to transfer me to tk3 because Feb 29 tk1 was oversold and they advise me that I might not make it for tk1 I asked them to transfer me to tk3 and they say no they can’t do it I been telling them you know that I don’t have a chance for tk 1 why would you let plane go with some empty seats on tk3 if you can transfer me to tk3 and have less staff on tk1 and still told me no I waited for tk1 9 hours and only last minute I got seat on tk1 It was not easy situation but I am glad I made it home Thank you Turkish Airline One more suggestion for Turkish Airline you need to make a FIRST CLASS cabin it would be so cool 🆒 Good luck all the best See you more

Food not good, flight attendants not the best, not accommodating very ruff

No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.

This is the worst part of the journey. The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa staff have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and I are stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.

Second time I took this flight, and they lost my luggage both times. Waiting for my suitcase now, last time it took two days to get it back.

Really bad airline, they treat you like you would be treated on a budget airline.

Bordón could be bettet if the company say before boarding the order of the different groups.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I was denied access to look on the plane. Therefore I have been without money and given no help. Paula Bjork 503.545.6698

My tv didn’t work, crew had to reset it 6 times, it worked for 3 minutes and started acting crazy clicking random items on screen automatically. Plus only one side of earphones worked, blanket was too think and small.

Checking in for ongoing flight from Singapore could not be done in the UK. This meant we were not sure whether we had seats together or in the right place. This needs sorting!!

Staff and crew were very helpful. I wish there was less delays on the flights that made it stressful for the connecting flights.

It was simply bad and on top of that my luggage hasn't been delivered until now. They can't even localize it which is just unacceptable when they are supposed to scan the bar code they put when we check in

We bought premium Economy, thinking it would be more comfortable, but the seat is so narrow ,that my legs and feet are swollen , I can't wear shoes !

The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."
